Over on Reddit, we've seen multiple people describe a bug that relates to "The Den" station and swapping your ship while you're there. Okay, found a fix that works. Anyone having this issue, here is what you do. Go to console command by pressing ~ key. Click on the ship door while in console command. It should show something like door followed by its id. (If it doesn't say door, it means the game thinks you are clicking on something else.
