Here is a short narrative of the events leading up to the malfunction. The slide locked back as if the magazine was empty. Which it was. She noticed that there was a live round in the chamber. She dropped the magazine and then the slide went forward. She placed the gun on the bench and noticed the slide lock on the bench.

We had some of this problem initially with Sellier&Bellot 124 gr, so we switched over to Fiocchi 115 gr and it was good to go. I was so excited to get it but experienced problems with jams as soon as it came.
