I just noticed today that my passenger side sliding door will not unlock all doors when touching the handle (key fob in pocket). I tried it with the "Child safety lock" on and off. Disconnect where the opening/closing cables attach do the door. Then it'll slide freely. Then you can decide whether you want to remove the whole motor or leave it in there. I'd disconnect the power to it so it doesn't beep at times. Not sure what you'll want to do with the cables if you leave the motor in.

I have a 2018 Odyssey with 50K miles, rear passenger sliding door opens fine but won't close and you get 3 beeps. I was unable to adjust/correct my existing weather strip with embedded pinch senor so I purchased a new one for around $160. After replacement, which is very easy, the door now opens and closes without issue.
