RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Richmond Police have identified the victim in a deadly hit and run accident near the Huguenot Bridge as 24-year-old Lane Kruszewski. They say she was riding her bicycle on River Road near Bridgeway Road just after 10 o'clock Sunday night when she was struck and died at the scene. Police still don't know who hit her.
