Can someone please tell me the proper prop nut torque for a 1995 Evinrude 88 SPL. With the engine not running and in forward gear I can turn the prop (although with considerable resistance) by hand. Seems that the fuel primer/enrichment solenoid was shot and was pumping gas into the carb all the time. I'd check the bad cylinder in the block. If it has deep grooves in it, you will proabaly need to overbore it to clean up the walls.
