Lately, it's been intermittently losing the temp gauge while driving (points due south) then, when my wife gets home and turns off the key, the fan goes full-bore for about a minute before it turns off. Start it up, and it's fine again.The solution is a replacement DIC. Takes about 15 minutes to switch out. You can get it serviced online for $100-200 . and you get back your unit with your mileage. Or a new one at a dealer for hundreds + labour.
