If the mag is installed, it will hit the mag preventing full rotation. Since a .45 mag is larger, it won't fit a 9/.40/.357 FCU due to that ledge, even with a .45 grip module.I have not tried switching TDLs between the P250 and P320. However, the P320 TDL has a notch for the takedown safety lever. The P250 TDL has no notch because it has no takedown safety lever. The P250 TDL would not work in a P320, but I would guess that a P320 TDL would work in a P250.On my P320 I took the slide off the frame, took the take down lever out, put a little TW25 on it, reinserted and worked it multiple times with the slide still off the frame. With it in the 6:00 position put the slide back on and return the lever to normal.
