Jun 3, 2022 · I have an F-open rifle in 6 Dasher built on a Savage "target" action. The Savage Accu-trigger worked OK, but was not very consistant. I changed it in the begining of 2021, replacing it with an ELF. The ELF is a really consistant trigger, but not as light as I would like. Replaced the AccuTrigger leaf spring with a Bic lighter spring. 4. Replaced the trigger and sear pivot pins with 1/8" drill bit stubs. 5. Stoned mating surfaces. 6. Installed small plastic shim washer in trigger pin. 7. Coated the mating surfaces with graphite.
