Try running missions where targeted loot is backpacks or go into the summit and set your targeted loot to backpacks. You will eventually get 1. Open faction boxes. Yes, this. DO NOT farm discovery mode- it does not drop there- also you cannot get the keys from discovery mode- only the normal raid. You need 5 keys to open the box- getting it from a boss drop is WAAAAY rare- I had it drop for me in the box 9 times in 130 runs- pre warlords.
