After 4 weeks of trying, I think its time to seek help elsewhere like here. 2003 Vulcan Classic, 1500 carb, 16k miles, cobra pipes, new after market jet kit, stock air intake. Bike went in for hesitation problem. Was having a stutter between 1st & 2nd gear. The dealer put in a new jet kit, cleaned out the tank, new fuel lines, and fuel filter.
