It was 127/114 with the stock TB, but that dyno run was in SAE. This was tuned in 55 degree weather so its STD which reads about 2.6 higher on both tq and hp. So realistically its closer to 131/119.It's just some hardcoded value that the author wants to send to the app when the form is submitted. Without the app code there's no way of knowing. It's not markup.

Do some research and have a reputable pro do a one-and-done on it. After that, no need to plug anything else in.
